Courtesy Call with the Defense Minister of Malaysia
Mr. Mohammadi the Iran Ambassador in Malaysia met with Mr. Khalid Noordin Defense Minister of Malaysia.
Mr. Valiollah Mohammadi, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Malaysia, had a courtesy call with Defense Minister of Malaysia, Mr. Khalid Noordin, on Monday April 13, 2026 and discussed ways to expand bilateral cooperation. In this meeting, Mr. Noordin, while expressing condolences for the martyrdom of the Leader of the Revolution and a group of military commanders of the country, especially the martyr Amir Aziz Nasirzadeh, Defense Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as a group of compatriots in the US – Israel Regime’s airstrike on Iran, expressed his hope that this war will end as soon as possible and that we will witness peace and stability in the West Asia region. Mr. Mohammadi, while appreciating the positions of the Prime Minister, the government and the people of Malaysia and their support for the Islamic Republic of Iran, provided explanations regarding the status que of the war and the talks in Islamabad.
